Logistics management for contracting employees is managed by our International Travel/Logistics Department that adheres to Federal Travel Regulations. Our contracting employee travel expense guidelines follow Chapter 925 Per Diem Supplement to the Standardized Regulations, which is determined by the U.S. State Department Office of Allowances for OCONUS and GSA Per Diem for the three sets of elements: Location, Training, and Logistics. Each is supported by various functions of our Program Management Office for support in issue resolution and response coordination, and this approach has proven highly successful on previous Federal efforts. MassGenics and our staff coordinate the extensive logistics needed to get the team hired and in the field including training, benefits, salary, badges, travel (MI&E), visas, host country logistics and assistance, and relocation/repatriation. This service also includes project and cargo relocation, talent relocation and mobility, relocation and support services, 24×7 international medical and security extraction, and international consulting assistance with our partners worldwide.
